To access any service provided on state portal citizen need to register on the state portal.
There are both mandatory and non mandatory fields on the registration page, * distinguishes the mandatory field.
To create a CSC/ Kiosk user, a check box needs to be checked.
Error message appears in case user enters wrong data value in any of the fields.
On click of submit user id will be created and user will receive a message that user has been registered.
User will be receiving a message confirming registration.

Submit Feedback

This is an online service for providing/ submitting feedback, suggestions about the portal for consideration and appropriate action. For this purpose, the user is required to furnish his/ her name, Email-Id and suggestion/ feedback, before submission.

Submit Grievance

"This service provides citizens an online channel to redress their public/pension related grievances. With the help of this service, citizens can lodge their grievances online, send reminders/ clarifications pertaining to already lodged grievances to the department and get information on status of his/her lodged grievance .To submit a grievance, the citizen must log in into the State Portal, select the department to which to raise the grievance, and click on the grievance section. Once citizen has submitted the grievance, a reference number for that grievance is provided and also notified in the citizen's inbox. If a citizen wants to readdress a previously submitted grievance, the grievance reference number and the date it grievance was submitted is required." Once citizen has submitted grievance then reference number for that grievance is given and it is displayed in citizen inbox also.

Online Services

The Nagaland State Portal provides a total of 25 online services for 8 different departments. A citizen has to register and login to the Portal to use these services. After logging in to the portal, citizen should click on the link "Services". A list of all the available services will be displayed. Citizen can select the service by clicking on the service name. On selection of service, information about the service is displayed along with two options provided for filling the form, "open" and "download".

For filling the form online, click on "open" and fill in the required information. Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be filled. After filling the form, click on the "submit" button to submit the form, citizen will then be directed to the payment page. Payment can be made in either of three modes - cash, cheque or bank receipt. Select the mode of payment and enter the correct processing fee for the service/form. After the payment entry is done, a unique reference number will be generated which can be used to track status of the service/form. This reference number will also be mailed to the citizen and will be in the inbox of the citizen.

After login citizen will be directed to payment page. Payment can be made in either of three modes -cash, cheque or bank receipt.
